What inspires you? Our legacy of work, art, culture, protest, and word. The legacies of my strong, talented, amazing grandmothers and my grandfather, who was a correspondent for The Pittsburgh Courier back in the Golden Age of the Black Press. My husband - so smart, so loving, so super fine.
Why are you fly? Because the women in my family are.
